What means to say “to know in social way”? In order to answer in exaustive way to this question, in our contribution we will go to consider several moments of the cognitive activity (assimilation; heuristic; hermeneutic), with the maximum attention to the inferential anomalies (biases); and, introduced a coherent fenomenology of the social acquaintance, we will estimate validity and consistency in relation at curative moment of every theorization (c.d. contestual reinforce) and modern myths of the neutrality of the cognitive and scientific activity.
